Description:
 

Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. This role follows evidence-based practice standards and supports quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized patient care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality and safe outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Support patient and family education

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required or within 180 days of hire)
• Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
• Less than 1 year experience accepted; direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills
